The specialty of anesthesiology is a stimulating and rewarding field of medicine, that offers several opportunities in academic as well as private practice medicine. Subspecialty training and Board Certification in Pain Management and Critical Care is available as well.

At University Hospitals of Cleveland, the primary affiliate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, our Anesthesiology Program will prepare you for whatever type of practice you wish to pursue. Our clinical caseload encompasses all areas of anesthesiology, and our didactic program will have you well on your way toward Board Certification.
