Welcome to the Department of Anesthesiology at University Hospitals of Cleveland and Case Western Reserve University ("Case"). We are proud of our new website and hope that you explore all it has to offer claritin. It gives us a chance to show you who we are and what we do – and I am quite proud of that. We are a large Department committed to excellence in patient care, resident and student education and research. As you navigate through this site, you will notice our involvement in providing proper preoperative assessment and preparation, our leadership in the Operating Rooms, and our dedication to caring for the critically ill postoperative patients. In addition, our Pain Management Team provides a multidisciplinary approach to patients with a variety of acute and chronic pain problems septilin. I am committed to maintaining our focus on education at all levels. Our residency program is dedicated to the recruitment, training and graduation of outstanding anesthesiologists who will be able to pursue academic or clinical careers with equal ease. Medical and anesthetist students are provided with a rich clinical experience by virtue of the number and diversity of anesthetizing locations throughout our system. Active fellowship programs are continuing to thrive. Our funded research programs already place us in the top quartile of Anesthesiology programs, and we are making a concerted effort to push ahead. There are a myriad of clinical projects ongoing in virtually every subspecialty, and resident involvement is a key component of this activity as evidenced by our strong performance at the annual Midwest Anesthesia Resident’s Conference.
